We first came to Los Cabos in August of 1985 and then made over 35 more visits before selling our house in Capistrano Beach, California and moving to San Jose del Cabo in October, 1991. Since then we formed Los Cabos Real Estate S.A. de C.V. (formed in 1992), A Mexican Corporation based in Los Cabos and our sister affiliate company Los Cabos Vacation Rentals, Inc. (formed in 1998) which is based in California.

Los Cabos Real Estate was one of the founding members of the Los Cabos MLS in 1993 and is also a member of AMPI Los Cabos. Michael Aviani became a Mexican National 10/3/2005 and holds dual citizenship with Mexico and the United States. Michael is bilingual and has been buying and selling Los Cabos Real Estate in Mexico since 1987.

Michael Aviani is now entering his 4th decade of living in Los Cabos, Mexico (1985-2020). Lic Karla Barrera was born in La Paz and has dual nationality with Mexico and the US and specializes in International Law. Karla has been living and working with Michael since 2005.

Michael Aviani is licensed with the state of Baja California Sur to sell real Estate.
